Verdant Mid Mod, SRF 2025
Project Type
Renovation
Nestled among over 20 oak trees on more than half an acre, this whimsical 3/2 home home was thoughtfully renovated from head to toes. Designed to embrace its original 70s charm and simultaneously honor its unconventional roots. This project reflects my commitment to creating Art you live in. Celebrating bold, authentic design. The home features authentic brick work and wood paneling that is contrasted by bold stainless steel cabinets that are an ode to it's rare and beautiful steel frame. This renovation blends nostalgia and innovation to craft a unique, inspiring space that elevates the standard of art in living. #saynotopeopleboxes
Next phase for this home is to be split into 2 units, main unit 2/1.5 and a rear attached ADU 1/1 unit, coming Q1 2028, stay tuned.
